September 2022 Activity: Hospital Point

It looks like the weekend of September 10 & 11 might have some unusual weather in store. We’re scratching our plan to visit the Japanese Friendship Garden (might be better in spring anyway) and instead meet at the tide pools of Hospital Point in La Jolla. If things work out as expected, we might be treated to some lovely dawn skies and elevated surf, thanks to tropical storm “Kay”.

As usual, this is not a Sierra Club outing. No Certified Outing Leader will be present. You may join, leave, participate as you wish on the scheduled date, and at your own risk. Please continue reading for the details. Our activities are open to the public.
