We’re starting the new year with our first meeting on Saturday, January 12th, 2019, at the Serra Mesa/Kearny Mesa Library Community Room, from 2 PM to 4 PM (1:30 get together and setup – complete details at the bottom of this post).
Our main presentation will feature Michael Ready, with his presentation “Windows to Secret Worlds – natural history, science, and conservation photography in the intertidal and other vital margins.”
You are invited to the October 13 meeting of Sierra Club Photo Section at the Serra Mesa Kearny Mesa Library Community Room, featuring Susan Coppock and her presentation “Chasing Storms & Photographing Lightning.”
For our August activity, please join us at Santee Lakes for Dragonfly Photography with our president Steve Cirone. Dragonflies are active during the day – when we meet at 10 in the morning they’re still warming up and are a lot more static, that makes photographing them easier.
